Refund policy

As all our products are made to order, we do not offer a return and refund policy. However, we do have a 14-day free alteration policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving the product to request an alteration.

If your alteration request is accepted, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an alteration will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
